About Narasimha Murthy
I began my career in pharmaceuticals, meeting oncologists and infertility specialists as a Product Specialist—where I first learned that decisions impact people long before they impact numbers- My experiences across ICICI, TATA AIG, and TATA Motors Finance deepened my fascination for risk, behavior and the narratives hidden within data- In 2012, I joined John Deere Financial India in its pre‑license stage to build the Risk, Compliance function from the ground-up. More than a decade later, I now serve as Chief Risk Officer, overseeing a strong portfolio and contributing to global enterprise risk governance- Innovation has been a parallel track in my journey—through John Deere India’s Tiger Team, IPs and multiple awards recognizing collaboration, analytics and automation- Today, I’m exploring future‑facing domains such ascybersecurity, climate risk, behavioral analytics, neural intelligence and meta‑skills.* All views expressed are personal.
