I have held various positions in the early childhood field from a teacher, director, professional development facilitator, and counselor among others which give me a 360-degree awareness of the various issues and trends programs face daily. I have seventeen years of experience in leadership roles in early education programs and non-profit organizations. I am passionate about supporting educators to achieve their personal and professional goals. I am a strong advocate of whole child development and I can effectively develop and execute learning strategies that enhance biosocial, cognitive, and psychosocial growth. As a leader, I am dependable, supportive, and reflective with strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
