ABOUT NAQIYA BALASINORWALA

My passion is creating and crafting visually stunning designs that help brands grow. Interested in art and painting since childhood, I was quickly drawn towards digital art, which started as a pure hobby, leading me to pursue an accredited design education. I have over 2 years of hands-on experience handling multiple creative design projects, concepting, animation, illustration and branding simultaneously.Working as an in-house designer in an art studio has given me a wealth of knowledge when it comes to creating trailers, reels, and invitations and overseeing the design of the next show\'s catalog. After that, I became a program manager and was responsible for managing the show. This made the show a huge success and allowed it to triple its profits. Equipped with the ability to use the skills acquired in the art studio to increase brand awareness, the ability to spot opportunities, overcome objections, and focus on details, creativity, coherence, and an in-depth study of colour theory became my biggest enhancement. For me, grow with your customers and learning can never stop. Hence, I wanted to thoroughly explore the field of art while balancing academic and work. And so, I started working as a freelance graphic designer, completing over 20+ projects for clients and managing social media accounts for various brands. One of the clothing brands took the opportunity to present a collection at Fashion Week in the United Arab Emirates. I have also actively participated in numerous design projects, from poster design to college magazines for Literature and Economics. I was also a member of the Social Services League, a human resources director and editor for Rotaract clubs, and a volunteer with an NGO.To explore, learn and grow as an individual and as a designer is my only life mantra.
