Coach, Support & Challenge Area Managers Work closely with Area Managers to coach and develop their skills, knowledge and behaviors in people matters, Employee Relations and succession planning. Provide assistance to the Regional Managers via communicating and reporting on the state of play of people in their regions, in particular highlighting potential issues, threats and opportunities and assist with the implementation of people initiatives within the region. Protect the company In all areas of responsibility constantly work to minimise the risk of Tribunal or other claims being made against Nero. In particular: ­ Adherence to Nero’s Equal Opportunities Policy ­ Control of risk to unfair, wrongful or constructive dismissal ­ Adherence to the Working Time Directive ­ Adherence to relevant immigration and right to work legislation ­ Minimum wage legislation
