I specialise in programme delivery / recovery of complex change programmes and have led the successful delivery of a number of major transformation initiatives; IT and business change programmes (Post-merger network, desktop and mobile integrations, information / cyber security and business start-ups / joint ventures) implementation of and migration to a new Data Centre, design and delivery of ITIL process, tools, definition and implementation of multiple target operating models (Service Management, CISO, Wealth Management business) and insurance platform package replacement. Recognised for strong stakeholder management skills, I am comfortable operating at the board level and consistently receive positive feedback at all levels, from Exec stakeholders to team members that I have mentored.
