The construction industry is at a crossroads. On one side, a wave of promising digital innovations: ConTech, AI, BIM, collaborative platforms. On the other, the on-site reality, where every minute counts, and resistance to change is still a daily challenge. So how do we ensure that technology actually boosts productivity, instead of slowing it down? With 10 years of hands-on experience managing construction projects, I’ve lived those tensions from the inside. I act as a strategic translator, turning executive goals into practical, adoptable solutions. My approach is twofold:*Strategic: I assess your key challenges (profitability, deadlines, safety) to define a smart, high-ROI digital roadmap.*Operational: I lead on-site deployment, support teams, and ensure every innovation makes daily work simpler, safer, and more efficient. For me, digital transformation isn’t the end goal. It’s a lever. To build a future where performance, sustainability, and people are at the core of every project.
