I help founders build reliable remote teams that streamline operations and create space for growth.My career began at a recruitment outsourcing firm supporting large corporations in industries such as aviation and manufacturing, where I developed a strong foundation in structured, process-driven hiring. That experience shaped my professional standards and taught me how to evaluate talent beyond resumes, focusing on performance, alignment, and long-term fit.I later joined a growing company where I applied and expanded that knowledge while working remotely. This experience gave me firsthand insight into what makes distributed teams succeed: clarity, accountability, strong communication, and operational structure.Today, I partner with entrepreneurs, primarily in the U.S. and Canada, to design effective hiring processes and identify the right talent to strengthen their operations. My focus is not simply filling roles, but helping businesses build teams that perform, scale sustainably, and operate efficiently.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and later pursued a postgraduate certificate in Global Business Management to deepen my knowledge of international markets and global operations. I speak Spanish (native), English (fluent), Portuguese (professional level), and have basic knowledge of French. I have a strong interest in psychology and human behaviour, which complements my work in talent assessment.
