Digital Professional with over 9 years’ experience in Digital Marketing/SEO roles both in agency and client-side environments. With advanced knowledge and experience in a technical marketing role consisting of advanced SEO and on-site optimisation as well as non-technical including account managing and strategy development. Currently an SEO Manager with a passion to develop further in the digital industry. I flourish in fast-paced environments and welcome the challenges that come with getting SEO prioritised. I am adaptable and do not shy away from building a network from scratch. I thrive off coaching and sharing my skillset with others which is evident in my roles. ACHIEVEMENTS - Women in Tech SEO Speaker (Jan 2020)- 20 min. talk on Information Architecture Methodologies- Co-organiser of the Women in Tech SEO 2020 mentoring program- Internal SEO Trainer at Blue Array, LRG, Digitaloft and Three- Onboarded, trained, coached and line managed junior executives with no prior experience of SEO progressing them all the way up to SEO Manager level- Coached and trained new SEO managers at Blue Array, supporting them in their SEO careers- Created multiple guides and resources for SEO Governance at Three- Created Gold Standard task methodology and deliverables which was rolled out to the whole team at Blue Array- Part of the task efficiency team at Blue Array, working on standardising and streamlining recurring tasks- Owned and wrote the Information Architecture topic/course for the internal training academy at Blue Array- Organised ‘lunch & learn’ sessions at Blue Array, including recording and editing for them to be available online- Undertaken over 20 site migrations from various site types: e-commerce, forums, etc. Created refined migration checklists to ensure minimal fluctuations where possible- Monthly Star at Three 4 times (reward for getting one of the most Thank You cards)- Migrated three.co.uk to HTTPS in February 2022 leading to an increase of +12.3k impressions to the homepage, and an increase of +9.5k impressions to SIM pages, with all other pages maintaining performance- Successfully removed a Google Search Manual Penalty from three.co.uk
