ABOUT NAOMI POE

I am an Associate Analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Supervision and Credit division in the Los Angeles branch. I previously completed two summer internships with the Supervision and Credit LFBO team in 2022 and 2023. I recently graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors from Marshall School of Business at USC with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Real Estate Development from the Sol Price School of Public Policy. I was a Dean’s List Scholar each semester, USC Black Alumni Scholar, and a member of USC’s chapter of BlackGen Capital and the Trojan Real Estate association. I studied abroad at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy in spring of 2023 through Marshall’s study abroad program. I am also an alumna of Castilleja School in Palo Alto, in 2020 I organized the Castilleja Black Alumnae Association, with the goal to connect Black Castilleja Alumnae and increase our involvement in the Castilleja community. Girls’ education is very important to me and I am committed to creating and supporting inclusive academic environments for girls and young women to learn and thrive. I have personally connected with the Kisaruni School in Masaai Mara, Kenya and the Mariposa Foundation in Cabarete, DR. Both organizations attempt to give support and educational opportunities to the young women in their communities. I am also interested in incorporating sustainable solutions into my lifestyle to help protect our environment.
