I lead the Platforms Subject Matter Expert team at Resolver, working with technology companies, governments, NGOs, and regulatory bodies to establish, maintain, and strengthen safe digital environments.My work focuses on helping organisations understand and mitigate complex online harms through intelligence-led insights, operational delivery, and strategic risk analysis. I oversee specialist teams addressing a wide range of safety challenges, including violent extremism, graphic violence, child safety, suicide and self-harm, harassment, and misinformation.I am particularly interested in how organisations can better monitor emerging online harm trends and translate those insights into effective policy, operational frameworks, and platform safeguards. A strong advocate of evidence-led approaches to online safety, I am passionate about preventing exposure to harmful content while supporting organisations to build resilient and responsible digital ecosystems.With 15 years of experience in intelligence across military, consulting, and corporate environments, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to complex digital risk challenges. Prior to this role, I worked as a Senior Intelligence Consultant, focusing on geopolitical risk, influence operations, and regional threat dynamics. I began my career in the British Army as an Intelligence Specialist, providing mission-critical intelligence support to senior commanders.Having worked across multiple regions and threat landscapes, I bring both depth and breadth of understanding to complex and evolving digital risk environments.
