ABOUT NAOMI TAYLOR

Primarily an accountability Coach, I offer coaching & consulting, specializing in small business. I utilize my background in hospitality and administration to drive an operational focus and help entrepreneurs with strategic intentional action. Using my Human Relations degree (BA), I love facilitating groups. Group programs allow entrepreneurs to learn from one another and exposes everyone to different approaches. This also allows me to deliver greater impact for lower fees. My passion points include exploring and expanding revenue streams, strategic planning and change implementation. I have extensive experience in process & procedure development. I also pride myself on a holistic approach to small business, making the entrepreneur center stage. I excel within team-driven environments, propelling revenue enhancement, and stimulating maximum levels of guest service and satisfaction. Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated solid time management, communication, and multitasking skills to excel within customer-facing atmospheres. My additional strengths in operational leadership have been finely honed and I’m confident in my ability to make a substantial impact within a thriving organization.
