About Naomi Kim
Hi, I’m Naomi — an early-career product professional with a background in product design, product management, and cross-functional execution. I’m currently a Product Operations Analyst at Acts2 Network, where I support the design and delivery of user-facing systems, collaborate across teams, and iterate on engagement strategies grounded in user feedback and real-world constraints. Through this role, I’ve learned how product decisions, operations, and user experience intersect at scale. Previously, I worked with the UCSD Design Lab and Design Co, leading initiatives that translated ambiguous goals into structured plans and delivered experiences for hundreds of users. My design background has shaped how I approach product — starting with user needs, balancing tradeoffs, and thinking systemically about impact. Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring coffee shops, spending quality time with friends, and investing in community-focused projects.
