ABOUT NAOMI COLLEY
I am a third-year Honours Social Psychology student at McMaster University, minoring in Mental Health, Addictions, & Society. I am also currently working toward a Certificate in Disability Management to better understand how to build accessible environments.My approach to work is rooted in advocacy and making a tangible difference. Currently, I serve as an Academic Executive for the Social Psychology Society and as a Mentor with the Black Student Mentorship Program (BSMP), where I support first-year students in navigating their undergraduate experience.I am looking to apply my background in Social Psychology and Disability Management toward a career in HR/EDIA, with a focus on advocacy and accessible workplace culture.
