Connections Health is collaborative counseling for individuals, couples, families, and groups. We are a creative mix of highly skilled, caring clinicians and together we build your skills, confidence and insight to support your emotional wellbeing in school, work, relationships, and day-to-day life, too. This isn’t one-size-fits-all counseling. We embrace a blend of approaches and resources so you get support that truly works for you.I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups from adolescence through adulthood. I support clients with depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship issues, and life transitions. With young adults, I explore challenges related to college, academics, gender identity, sexuality, relationships, family conflict and career.
