In September 2018 I joined Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP in their Energy and Natural Resources team, as part of wider commercial real estate team in Southampton acting on a range of commercial real estate matters for a variety of clients with a particularly focus on onshore and offshore energy projects including solar and co-location developments, onshore wind and offshore interconnectors. Examples of experience include- E.On in relation to the onshore cable route for the Rampion offshore windfarm project which included the project management to see over 30 leases be completed and a range of ancillary documents negotiated with landowners- On a large range of solar projects for developers, from smaller projects to large DCO multi-landowner site assembly solar farm projects- Onshore wind projects- Advising both landlords and tenants as they navigate rooftop solar pv installations- The Crown Estate on a variety of real estate matters dealing with foreshore property work, drafting marine dredging agreements and working on project teams for offshore interconnectors.
