My days revolve around helping organizations optimize talent, ensure compliance, and foster work environments where employees thrive. Whether it’s recruiting top talent, rolling out retention strategies, or conducting workplace risk assessments, I love tackling the challenges that come with managing a dynamic workforce. I specialize in Human Resources, Talent Management, Compliance, Performance Management, and Occupational Health & Safety (HSE)—because let’s be real, a workplace can’t perform at its best if its people aren’t engaged, supported, and, most importantly, safe. Over the years, I’ve managed 260+ employees, led Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in onboarding of 50+ interns annually, and reduced workplace incidents by 30% through proactive safety programs. I also leverage HRIS, data analytics, Microsoft office suit, Google workspace and reporting tools to drive smart, strategic decision-making. And did I mention I’m bilingual (English & French)?
