My most recent experience in Co-op Governance where I lead on the design and collation of Internal Audit documentation and set up key governance committees. I designed, developed & maintained committee specific reporting and analysis. Also provided a high level of support to colleagues through the governance framework. Additional key experience has been within Insurance Product Management and third-party Relationship Management; ensuring a robust governance structure is in place, managing product life cycle, performance, and risk. I have also led on digital change/transformation projects and launched new relationships and products. In addition, I have spent a significant amount of time on product specific market and competitor analysis to improve products, ensuring they meet customer, business and regulatory needs. All roles spanning the last 12 years have had a strong focus on risk, governance and product management. Designing, developing, and maintaining documentation & reporting; keeping a robust audit trail of information and actions, of which I have led and delivered within a regulated environment.
