I also deal with private prosecutions and Inquests. I have my Higher Rights enabling me to offer a cradle to grave service. I am frequently instructed in high profile and technical cases.My Motor Prosecution and Inquest practice is well established and I receive regular and direct instructions from several key insurers who refer to me as their \"go to person\" to represent their drivers and VIP clients. My advice has been sought as early as the scene of an accident continuing through to the Police Station, Court and, if applicable, an Inquest. I routinely represent drivers at PACE interview, advise Transport Managers about legislative changes that will impact on drivers, and I personally undertake advocacy at Court. I deal with a range of offences from careless driving through to gross negligence manslaughter and I am regularly involved in high profile and complex cases. I also prepare articles and assist in the planning of client events.In addition to the motor prosecution work, I assist and represent those facing licensing issues together with representation of those facing regulatory offences such as offences under the Animal Welfare Act.
