ABOUT NAOMI MYHILL
I turn research and monitoring data into practical systems for health and performance. My PhD focused on the locomotor demands of women’s football (with The FA & Leeds Beckett), and I’ve since led projects that link constructs → metrics → interventions so coaches and practitioners can make better, faster decisions.At The FA, I led the Domestic Demands of the Game project across elite women’s football, translating insights into coach-ready guidance and workflows. I’ve also built an impact evaluation model that helps organisations prioritise R&D by risk, utility and reach—so resources go where they matter most. Today, I’m helping build a new health & performance platform (stealth), leading ontology/data standards, assessment and intervention design and practitioner education.I work best in multi-disciplinary teams—co-designing with coaches, practitioners and directors—and I care about measurable change: clearer baselines, smarter progressions and tighter feedback loops.
