I’m a Talent Manager at Torchbox, focused on hiring great people and helping them thrive once they’re here. My work sits across recruitment, career growth, and the overall employee experience. I’m particularly interested in inclusive hiring, retention, future skills, hybrid culture, and how AI can support better ways of working. A lot of my thinking is about how technology can reduce admin, improve experiences, and give teams more space to focus on the human side of work. In recruitment, I care deeply about candidate experience. Hiring should feel thoughtful, fair, and genuinely human, for both the people applying and the teams doing the hiring.Outside of work you’ll usually find me at the gym (CrossFit addict), exploring new tech, or making the most of remote life, ideally somewhere sunny with a cocktail and strong Wi-Fi!
