ABOUT NAOMI KIEL

As a dual German-American citizen, I am interested in pursuing a career connecting international business opportunities. I recently experienced the exciting world of event management through my full-time year-long internship at the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest. Working with German export promotion agencies in the trade show setting in the past has also been a rewarding experience and I am excited to see what the future holds as I continue to expand my professionalism while working towards the completion of my degree. I am a student at DePaul University, majoring in business administration and pursuing a minor in Public Relations and Advertising. My interest in business originates from my four-year experience in DECA, a competitive business organization I participated in throughout high school where I was able to pursue leadership at both the chapter and state levels. Being surrounded by goal-oriented individuals inspired me to apply the various skills I had learned to my post-secondary education.My time at DePaul thus far has further solidified my interest in pursuing a career in business. I have absolutely loved connecting with my peers through organizations including Women in Business and Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity, and look forward to see what my final year at the university has in store!
