My research explores how neurodivergence is recognised and managed in professional environments, with a current focus on executive leadership—examining factors such as medication use, competitive pressure, and access to senior roles. I take a pluralist approach, combining insights from neuroscience, psychology, and management studies to support evidence-based, neuroinclusive practice.Alongside this, I am contributing to the design of a VR-based research tool that helps organisations build deeper, more practical understanding of neurodiverse experiences. My work is grounded, applied, and designed to support leaders committed to building inclusive, high-performing teams.
