The main objectives of my role as Content Manager is to proactively deliver relevant, timely and newsworthy content for both internal and external Hydrock audiences. In brief summary- Working with stakeholders across the business to identify, research and write topical internal and external content to educate and engage with Hydrock\'s audiences- Creating content such as news stories, case studies, brochures, capability statements, press releases and thought leadership articles- Managing the flow of information across the intranet, acting as a hub for internal communications and creating and maintaining a consistent publishing schedule- Responsibility for award submissions- Writing and managing social media posts, ensuring consistent tone of voice across platforms- Web editing/CMS: Uploading/updating content across platforms ensuring they stay up-to-date with new content.

ABOUT NAOMI DUNBAR
I am an independent business owner with almost 10 years of marketing experience. I am highly skilled in content creation and social media management across a wide range of audiences. I built my e-commerce brand, ANDFOUR STUDIO, from scratch during lockdown and the business has grown rapidly since. I am the sole owner, managing everything in my spare time including; buying and merchandising, PR and advertising, social media and photography, website management - right down to packing and shipping all orders, customer service and logistics. but that list really only scratches the surface of what\'s involved. It\'s challenging to juggle the two careers, but extremely rewarding for me. I use what I learn from my own business to aid my growth within my \'day job\' and vice versa.
