Evaluate training needs across the organization to support response operations, strategic planning, and leading diverse teams to deliver high-impact training events. Proven ability to manage multiple training initiatives, enhance organizational capabilities, and support Team Rubicon’s mission through meticulous planning and effective stakeholder coordination.Key Responsibilities:Training Needs Assessment and Strategic Planning:Collaborate with Branch teams, Ops Associates, and Ops Managers to assess training needs through metrics-based evaluations, identifying skill gaps and formulating a strategic training plan aligned with organizational goals and the Resilient Community and Unified Training Plan.Developed and optimized training processes, ensuring standardization and promotion of Team Rubicon’s culture.Recruitment and Development:Recruit, hire, and develop Mobile Training leased employees, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and training requirements.Event Coordination and Management:Plan and execute complex training events, including Disaster Training Camps and Just-In-Time on-site disaster training events, from inception to completion.Managed project timelines, budgets, task coordination, and event logistics to ensure successful delivery.Documentation and Process Management:Maintain and update detailed training process documents, handbooks, and guides to reflect changes and ensure clarity across all stakeholders.Stakeholder and Team Collaboration:Work closely with Mission Support, Domestic Operations, Field Leadership, and Program Design and Learning teams to evaluate and monitor training impact on volunteer experience, operational performance, and safety.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness and organizational performance.*Flex to fill in anywhere in the organization that needs an extra lift.
