I am pursuing the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate and am passionate about launching a career in IT Support where I can combine technical knowledge with over 10 years of experience in customer service, HR, and data operations. Through my training, I’m developing hands-on skills in Linux, Wireshark, Splunk, and SQL, along with a solid understanding of threat analysis, log monitoring, and vulnerability assessments. My goal is to deliver secure, responsive support to users while continuing to grow in a field I’m deeply excited about. In my previous roles at Valley Bank, PuzzleHR, and Delta Air Lines, I developed a strong reputation for remaining calm under pressure, protecting sensitive data, and solving problems with a user-first mindset. Whether I was assisting over 60 customers daily with account and tech issues or auditing HR data for compliance across multiple clients, I consistently prioritized accuracy, integrity, and service. These experiences have sharpened my ability to communicate clearly, troubleshoot efficiently, and work with cross-functional teams. Now, I’m actively seeking an entry-level IT Support or Help Desk opportunity where I can apply my growing technical expertise and proven soft skills.
