About Rowan Atwood
I am a policy specialist passionate about centering human rights and gender justice in policy change. I have both my Master of Social Work and Master in Law from the University of Pennsylvania with a focus on macro policy and human rights, and I am focused on the intersection of these fields: namely, human-centered change. I believe that those most affected by policies should be the ones dictating how we move forward, and that change should be informed by both data and lived experiences. I enjoy the challenge of keeping up with the ever-changing nature of policy and systems change work, and I am always excited to learn new skills. I am currently working on honing my data analytics skillset, and I am excited to see what the future brings in my career.
