Collect, aggregate, and report on data to the New York State Office for New Americans on a twice-weekly and monthly basis. Review, manage, and approve reports from partner organizations and regrantees, including providing programmatic and technical support. Manage data on asylum-seeker residents of 14 shelters in the Hudson Valley and Upstate New York, including tracking movement between shelters and to resettlement programs- Oversee data management practices regarding highly sensitive direct services data around asylum seekers: maintain a clean and up-to-date database; meet regularly with partners and stakeholders to assess and address needs of asylum seekers and partner organizations; respond rapidly to internal and external requests for data- Serve as program officer for 7 grantee organizations that provide legal and case management services for asylum seekers in New York. Serve as their point person at the NYIC and collect and aggregate their data for weekly grant reporting.
