Working across the Central Mortgage Services division, duties include-IT service and escalations-Managing Business Change from detailed requirements gathering through to sign-off of UAT in readiness for delivery and supporting the business through project go-live-Collaborating with business leaders to understand, plan and deliver all Central Mortgage services change initiatives -Utilising PRINCE2 methodology to create and maintain relevant project documentation throughout the project lifecycle e.g. Project Initiation Documentation, project plans, risk and issue registers, weekly highlight reports, training and communication plans, project closure reports etc -Managing internal and external stakeholders, including third party suppliers such as insurance providers, to agree solutions to issues and queries as appropriate -Ensuring projects are delivered to time and budget -Managing change across Central Mortgage Services, keeping logs and holding regular review sessions with stakeholders to ensure changes are prioritised and landed appropriately Key projects include:*Senior Manager and Certification Regime Implementation*General Insurance Tender Process*General Insurance system/process changes*Landing IT transformation*IT System Improvements*New product launches*Internal Training and Development projects*Recruitment/apprenticeships
