About Naomi Balodemas
In my current role, I serve as a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager within Citi’s U.S. Commercial Bank, where I advise leading nonprofit institutions across higher education, healthcare, global development, research, culture, and social services. My work focuses on helping leaders and finance teams at organizations from mid-sized nonprofits to institutions with $3B+ in revenue strengthen financial strategy, optimize capital structures, and access Citi’s full range of domestic and international banking capabilities. I bring a deep foundation in credit, cash and investment management, lending, and working-capital optimization, with experience spanning asset-based finance, treasury strategy, and risk assessment for both nonprofit and for-profit enterprises.
