ABOUT STEVE CLAPP
In June of 2019, I sold North American Office Solutions, an Orlando technology company started out of my house in 2001. I immediately started looking for my next adventure and looked at several business opportunities of which none were a match for my interests. I have always had an interest in food and grilling on my big green egg and thought a butcher shop would be pretty cool to operate. On a November 2020 visit to see my brother in Sarasota, I visited the Sarasota Southern Steer and was awe struck. I inquired if they ever thought of moving to the Orlando area and much to my delight, the response was “ as a matter of fact, we are going to start Franchising”. I immediately went to their website and dialed their number and here we are ready to open Franchise number 1 in January 2021
