Led the efforts for tech transfer of sickle cell activities to ensure deadlines were met and reports were completed, supported commercial readiness preparation for Skysona and Zynteglo drug products at the CMO in Europe. Represented functional area in internal and external meetings by attending cross functional meetings and provided subject matter expertise as needed. The function had responsibility for commercial and tech transfer support, regulatory, and process monitoring (CPV) collaboration with the data sciences group. Also supported the CMO site in the US and assisted with Pre-Approval Inspection activities and helping the site prepare for commercial activities.
