Much of my work centers on helping families get connected to the care and support they need. At NewPath Child & Family Solutions, I manage referrals and build strong relationships with schools, providers, and community partners so access to services is smooth, timely, and thoughtful, creating the best possible experience for the families we serve. A big part of my role is connecting the right people at the right time so families can access the support they need without unnecessary barriers. I work closely with internal teams to keep communication clear and referrals moving forward with care. My goal is to make the process easier for both the families we serve and the partners who support them, so everyone can focus on what matters most. Outside of work, I stay active with the Job Search Focus Group (JSFG) and the Rotary Club of Cincinnati Eastside, where community, service, and collaboration are at the heart of the work.
