   Currently assigned to the S/4 HANA Greenfield implementation project for the biggest Tea Manufacturing client in Europe, focusing on their Switzerland, UK, Poland and Germany business units. This project is being carried out in collaboration with Capgemini. Here is an overview of the projects that have been undertaken:Client: Tea Manufacturing Company Location: UK Description: The project involves the implementation of S/4 HANA 2021, which is the latest version of the SAP ERP system. My responsibilities include actively participating in the Greenfield implementation process, providing expertise in S/4 HANA, and ensuring the successful deployment of the system for client operations in Switzerland, UK, Poland and Germany.In the S/4 HANA Greenfield implementation project as a Manager in the Source to Pay (STP) stream plays a vital role. Upon joining the project, the Business Process Master List (BPML) and Process Design Document (PDD) had already been completed. Currently, the focus is primarily on the following activities:Configurations: Configuring the S/4 HANA system to align with business specific requirements and Source to Pay and Supply chain business processes.Process Setups: Setting up various processes within the Source to Pay and Supply Chain modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and adherence to best practices.Master Data Design: Designing core and functional master data structures to effectively support Source to Pay and Supply Chain processes.Roles and Authorization: Defining roles and authorization levels in the S/4 HANA system, ensuring appropriate access controls for different user roles.Cutover Planning: Actively involved in planning the smooth transition from the current system to the new S/4 HANA system.
