About Nadxelly Andrew

Nadxelly Andrew was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a degree in Digital Marketing.During her time in college, she spent four years working in client-facing roles as an account manager and strategist. She led multiple teams and worked with renowned clients like Circle K, PF Changs, Markitors, and The Phoenix Zoo. Throughout her experiences, she discovered that her true strengths were in building relationships.She actively pursued opportunities to develop her relationship-building skills. She served as a Residential Assistant for over 100 first-year business students. Additionally, she worked as a Social Media Manager for two years at a risk-management technology company. This professional experience allowed her to partake in domestic and international tradeshow events and honed her ability to form relationships with prospective clients.Those experiences inspired her to begin her career in sales. In the summer of 2023, she started her current job as a Sales Management Associate with PepsiCo, the industry leader in North America\'s food and beverage sector.Prior to college, she embarked on multiple entrepreneurial journeys. In 2018, she placed 2nd place at the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA) for her skincare business, KP Derm. In 2021, she co-founded a marketing mentorship group dedicated to females interested in the marketing tech industry. Now, she is currently a member of The National Association of Women Business Leaders as a NextGen Participant, using the skills she’s gained throughout her professional career to become a business owner.
