   Ms. Weeks has approximately 35 years of experience managing and performing environmental projects in the areas of municipal solid waste and hazardous waste management, site assessment and remediation, and environmental risk management. She has served as the program manager for five multi-million dollar assessment, remediation, and environmental compliance contracts for the following clients: NASA, U.S. Postal Service (USPS), the City of Jacksonville, Indian River County, and CSX Transportation. The scope of work under these programs have included environmental compliance and due diligence services, engineering design, permitting, and construction management, completion of environmental site assessments, extensive multi-media sampling in accordance with Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), feasibility studies, human health and ecological risk assessments, environmental health and safety plans, environmental remediation activities, and air quality monitoring. Ms. Weeks\' skills in communication and public relations have been helpful in dealing with numerous sites located in sensitive areas where outreach activities have been necessary to promote public understanding. These proactive efforts have been instrumental in ensuring successful project completion. Ms. Weeks has extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects under various regulatory regimes. Her experience includes contamination assessments, hydrogeological and geotechnical investigations, remedial investigations and feasibility studies, site development and re-use, and providing remedial design services. Serving as the primary point-of-contact with legal counsel, Ms. Weeks has directed technical experts in several litigation cases for cost recovery purposes.
