I am a CDM expert working in the Pharma industry since 1980. I started my career with Roche in the IT department when Information Technology was still in its infancy and grew in the ranks as Operations Supervisor-IT. Thereafter, I worked with the Biometric Department of Pfizer where I was working as Database Administrator and Officer- Database Operations. For 15 years, I was heading Clinical Data Management at Ranbaxy and Wockhardt for 5 and 10 years, respectively.At Cinexel, my responsibilities include set-up of the Data Management and Biostatistics department including selection of technology partners for EDC/ eCRF, eTMF, CTMS; recruitment and mentoring of staff for data management and biostatistics; coordination with the clients for CDM and stats related activities; providing technical support and conducting technical activities for ongoing first in man, Phase 1 to 3 and post marketing studies for CDM and Biostats function.
