I am a seasoned professional in marketing communications and general management, with over two decades of experience, in building brands/marketing strategies. Presently I am heading Kertus a trusted brand consultancy. Kertus offers end-to-end communication services needed by an organization to establish its brand & consistently retain its entity across the various communication tools. No matter what the communication needs of the brand are Kertus today has a solution to offer. Prior to this, I was shouldering responsibilities of Manager Marketing – India, Middle East and Africa with Bose Corporation. Over the years I have worked with an approach to building brands through common-sense insights and to stay on top in a competitive business environment by fostering risk-taking, creating cultures of innovation and empowering people. My management background encompasses marketing communications, CRM, branding, public relations and strategic alliance initiatives across sectors. Rich Entrepreneurial, Operational and Managerial experience earned in diversified service businesses while developing and leading them from scratch has earned me recognition as a coherent professional. Receiving the CLEAR award for extraordinary contribution in the year 2015 and 2013; Award for Outstanding Performance in were moments of pride. As a leader, I am able to focus my energy and enthusiasm to motivate team members to achieve potential and meet objectives. Result oriented, proactive and dedicated defines me as an individual. I strongly believe that Integrity and honesty coupled with the passion for work have been the enablers of success. I find my relaxation in reading, listening to music and exploring new places.
