ABOUT NANDITA ROTHERMUND-BUCHER
For up to a decade I had the pleasure working for and with amazing people from all over the world. Every year we had a new batch of postgraduate students at the Heidelberg Institute of Global Health which came from up to 20 different nations. Here I gained a very hands on daily experience in cross cultural communication. My own background being a mix of Indian and German always helped me to easily empathise with others who are living between cultures. I feel lucky to have had so many positive, warm and welcoming encounters with people from all over the world. To be able to be of better and more immediate support for people to navigate through cross cultural encounters and enjoy the benefits these contacts offer I decided to become an intercultural trainer. I love engaging with people and connecting them with each other.
