I’m a Clinical Strategy & Innovation Leader focused on helping bring joy back to the bedside. At Suki, I lead the Nursing Solutions initiative, working closely with health systems, product and engineering teams, and nursing leaders across the country to reimagine how documentation fits into care delivery. My role bridges the clinical and technical worlds, ensuring that what we build truly supports nurses, integrates into real workflows, and drives measurable value for health systems.Since joining Suki, I’ve helped deepen engagement with our nursing consortium partners, gather field insights, and translate them into product priorities that reflect the realities of frontline care. I also collaborate with leadership teams to shape our go-to-market approach, ROI modeling, and clinical narrative for the future of nursing documentation.Before Suki, I spent years in critical care and in corporate training and development, leading programs that strengthened clinical performance, sales fluency, and cross-functional education. That combination of bedside experience and organizational leadership continues to shape how I approach innovation today.At my core, I’m passionate about making healthcare better: safer for patients, more joyful for clinicians, and more sustainable for organizations.
