Rationalized current-state integrations across 300 legacy systems to deliver a target-state system, developed the program’s testing strategy and delivered a multi-year workplan and work effort estimates across the bank, system integrator and platform vendor • Agile Transformation - Enabled successful transformation at a large US bank for transforming traditional waterfall model to an agile fast-paced delivery environment.
