About Nandini Vandana
I am Nandini Vandana, an enthusiastic and detail-oriented undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, Srikakulam, with a strong academic record (CGPA: 9.3). I have always been passionate about VLSI design and digital systems, and I am now actively seeking a challenging opportunity in the VLSI field where I can apply my technical knowledge and contribute meaningfully to innovative hardware solutions while continuing to grow in this exciting domain.My technical skillset includes Verilog HDL, digital electronics, circuit design, static timing analysis, and familiarity with industry protocols like AXI4 and AMBA. I have hands-on experience with Vivado, ModelSim, and the Artix-7 FPGA (Basys3 Board), which I used to implement real-time digital systems during my academic projects. I am also comfortable working with Arduino and have a basic understanding of Python programming.During my internship at Ignited Minds (May–August 2024), I worked on implementing AXI4-Stream protocols on FPGA for high-performance systems. This involved applying pipelining and parallelism to achieve low-latency and high-throughput data transfers. I also integrated ADC and FIFO modules for real-time analog data processing and applied these concepts in SoC-based applications like video processing and data acquisition.I have completed several projects that strengthened my practical and design skills. I developed a Tank Overflow Prevention System using Arduino, ensuring real-time monitoring and control. I designed combinational and sequential circuits, including FSMs, MUX/DEMUX, adders, and counters using Vivado and FPGA boards. I also created a Verilog-based Automatic Washing Machine Simulation, where coin-triggered operations controlled the full washing cycle. One of my favorite projects was a T20 Cricket Game Simulation in Verilog, which included modules for ball count, score tracking, and winner determination, showcasing modular and real-time digital system design.Beyond technical capabilities, I bring strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, time management, and project management skills, which I’ve developed through academic and collaborative project work. I hold certifications in Drone Technology and VLSI-Verilog Design from Ignited Minds, affirming my dedication to continuous learning in the electronics and embedded systems space.
