Project Title: Implementation of ML-based DNA Sequencing Hardware Accelerator using FPGA.Responsibilities & Achievements:Designing and implementing machine learning algorithms (HMM, CNN, logistic regression) on FPGA.Worked on a real-time DNA sequencing hardware accelerator using RTL coding.Developed Verilog-based modules for signal conversion, state decoding, and BRAM storage.Performed parallelism optimizations to achieve speed-up over CPU implementations.Used Vivado, Vitis, and Zynq SoC boards for simulation and implementation.Collaborated with industry and academic partners under the C2S initiative for real-world application development.
