Preparing and managing submissions of Confirmation Reviews, Performance Reviews, Confirmation letters, promotion letters, transfers & deputation. Handling the clearance & full & final settlement of employees. Responsible for employee relations & grievances handling. Salary Calculations. Attendance and leave management. Conduct programmes for motivating and stress busting for employees. Organizing events like National Festival celebrations, sports & cultural activities etc. Conducting Employee Engagement Activities. Calculations of Professional Tax, Service Tax and handling few accounting activities.
