Someone asked me what is so exciting about doing what I do and I did not have to think twice to answer that question! For me everyday is an exciting new beginning as I help shape and build careers for deserving talents. Over time, I have realized nothing excites me the way shaping careers of people excite me. Post my Masters in Business when the crucial time arrived to make a career choice, I decided not to pursue any career where people were not a major part of my daily life. 3 years back I took a decision to be part of Talent industry and I have not had a reason to regret this decision for a minute - I am still as excited as I was on my first day and I am sure I would continue to be so in future too.
