I represent sponsors, banks, export credit agencies and underwriters in the development and financing of conventional and renewable energy projects — including some of the largest natural gas plants, wind energy and solar farms and ethanol plants — as well as petrochemical facilities and other infrastructure projects in the United States, Middle East, Asia and Latin America. I also guide clients on cross-border transactions and other significant matters involving India. In that capacity, I advise foreign investors, including private equity funds, fund sponsors, private and public companies, investment banks and commercial lenders in connection with their investments in India and loans to companies in India.
