Define salable products and Work instructions• Escalation support for all Infrastructure installation issues.• Produce SoW for installation parts and solution • Produce Infrastructure Solutions and Installation cost models for Large Bid solution projects.• Assist Solution specialists and Account managers with Infrastructure solutions,Quote for adhoc projects, Define custom install parts• Infrastructure Product Evaluation & SPOC for Infrastructure Solution specialists.
