Total Logistics route planning and responsible for end to end TAT and client satisfaction on deliveries.4.Courier and transporters selection, RFQ, cost negotiations, contract signing and onboarding new freight partners.5. Selection and onboarding new 3PL partners from scratch to fully functional WH.6. Analyzing overall cost and taking 90 days lean projects for reducing cost or improving logistics efficiencies or improving courier delivery tat efficiencies etc.
