As a HR Executive at Vari Medical Academy, I contributed to the growth and development of the organization by recruiting, retaining, and engaging talented employees. I implemented systems for managing staff benefits, performance appraisals, and training programs, and ensured compliance with labor laws and policies. I also supported the management in developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives that aligned with the organization\'s vision and values.I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Voorhees College Vellore, where I learned the fundamentals of business administration and management, and developed skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. I also have a year of experience as a HR Assistant and Recruiter at Genius Attestation Services, where I sourced, screened, and hired candidates for various positions, and assisted in HR operations and administration. I am passionate about human resource development and learning new skills and best practices in the field. I am currently open to work and looking for opportunities to apply my HR expertise in reputed companies.
