ABOUT NANDAKUMAR EXLMW

With over 26 years of experience in the automotive and textile manufacturing industries, I am a seasoned, dynamic, performance-oriented manufacturing Excellence lead at LMW, a global leader in textile industries providing end to end solutions. I hold a six-sigma green belt certification, certified TPM instructor by JIPM-Japan, Trained TPS in Japan Study Mission, and won Prof. Washio Quality Prize award and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai.My core & key competencies include overseeing complete factory operations, production, industrial engineering, facility, and capacity planning, TPM, TQM and lean practices.I have strong believer on DWM practices and hands on experience engineering, managerial, and business expertise with skills in strategic planning, LRP, policy deployment, new product development, packaging, and other process improvements.I have successfully led multi-disciplinary teams of end-to-end manufacturing operations like machining cells, assembly units, process plants, industrial engineering, automation, maintenance and planning as a key vertical, managed industrial and employee relations and delivered supply commitment to customer as defined by the company year on year.Shouldered for manufacturing overheads, cost reduction strategic initiatives and spearhead all the statutory compliances, regulations by the government bodies, EHS, OSHAS, IATF, QMS activities.My mission is to create a passionate team that has a habit of continuous improvement and innovation as culture, and to drive operational excellence and transformation across the organization.
