I was responsible for developing and validating in-house analytical methods, including HPLC, LC-MS/MS, ICP, and food texture assays, to support cross-functional research initiatives. My role combined technical leadership with project management — overseeing data generation, ensuring analytical integrity, and delivering insights that informed critical decision-making across projects. I also managed and mentored a team of scientists, contributing to decision-making and project deliveries.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and often treat them to traditional Indonesian dishes — a small way of staying connected to my roots while sharing the joy of food.
